About Jade

Jade (Joyful Activities for Development and Education) is a company that promotes inclusive education through technology. We exist to ensure that no child is left behind in their development, especially those who face learning challenges.

This is possible through Jade App, Jade Edu, Jade Academy, and Jade Astea, which together foster students’ cognitive development through games, support educators in their daily practice, and even contribute to the early detection of potential autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Our softwares was developed to support neurodivergent children and adolescents — diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyscalculia, Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome, and Dyslexia — enabling schools and teachers to provide an individualized and inclusive approach for their students. It is also recommended for children and adolescents who need to develop skills such as attention, mental flexibility, auditory memory, impulse control, logical reasoning, emotional recognition, and processing speed.

Where it all began

Jade's history began in 2018, in Espírito Santo - Brazil, when Ronaldo Cohin, father of a child with autism and, at the time, a Computer Science student, created the Jade Autism app (currently known as Jade App).

Following his son's treatment, Ronaldo realized that the lack of information on the specific needs of each autistic child made decision making difficult and often delayed interventions. Focusing on solving this problem, Ronaldo developed his university graduation project on the topic. As a result of his work, Jade App was launched.
